How can crystals help me?
Einstein said "Everything in life is vibration", and human beings are no different.
In simple terms, crystal healing is the process of using natural minerals to unblock, unlock and redirect energy- concentrated in individual energy centres, or chakras- throughout the body.
The energetic 'personality' of a stone is determined by its complex crystalline structure. By choosing a piece that resonates with a particular energy centre, many believe that it's possible to make positive changes in our lives.
How do I find the right stone for me?
Start with your needs, then match it to one (or more) of your energetic centres, also known as chakras.
Needs that relate to the physical world, such as money and possessions, are usually connected to the lower chakras.
Those related to the way we see ourselves, our capabilities and our relationships with others tend to resonate with the centre chakras.
Those related to intuition, knowledge, the subconscious mind and spirituality are connected to the upper chakras.
Once you know which energy centre needs some work, you can choose a stone - or stones - that resonate with that chakra.
